Overview

The Double Manicure Table seats two technicians and two clients across one continuous oak top, with a vented dust extraction grille at each work position. Rounded edges are comfortable on the forearms, black metal legs keep it light, and a thin brass edge detail adds a finished touch. It is built in our Foshan factory and shipped factory-direct.

Dust extraction at each position

Each grille has its own fan and filter under the top, with its own switch, so one technician can run extraction while the other is not filing. The fans are built for 110–120V/60Hz; listing status (UL/ETL) is confirmed per model in the quotation. This manicure table setup helps keep nail dust down at both stations.

Build and storage

The top is moisture-resistant board with warm oak veneer and a sealed finish. Two drawer pedestals, one per technician, store files, polishes and tools. The black powder-coated steel legs leave knee room for clients. Top height is around 30 inches.

Space planning and cleaning

A double table saves space compared with two singles because the stations share one top and the gap between tables disappears. Allow about 8 feet of length and 7 feet of depth for the table, chairs and stools. Change the filters regularly and wipe the top with a disinfectant safe for sealed wood.

Because we build each manicure table in our own factory, length, top finish, vent positions and cutouts for UV or LED lamps can all be set to your layout. Several double tables can be lined up to create a continuous nail bar, with matching edges and veneers from the same production batch.

Questions buyers ask

Can each vent be switched separately?

Yes. Each extraction grille has its own fan, filter and switch, so each technician controls their own position. This saves energy and noise when only one station is filing, and lets each technician change their filter on their own schedule. It also means a clogged filter on one side does not affect the other.

How much space does a double table need?

The table is around 79 inches long and 22 inches deep. With client chairs on one side and technician stools on the other, plan about 8 feet by 7 feet. Allow a walkway of at least 36 inches around the group.

Can the top be made longer for three technicians?

Yes. A triple version can be made in one piece or in joined sections, with a vent and pedestal for each position. Tell us the length available and we will propose a design with the quotation. Longer tables ship in sections that join on site.

Do you supply matching chairs and stools?

Yes. Client chairs and technician stools such as our Saddle Stylist Stool can be added to the same order and count toward the mixed-order minimum of 5 pieces. Upholstery can be matched to the rest of your salon. Matching finishes across tables and seating gives the nail area a finished look.
