Shipping, MOQ and warranty
How your order travels from our factory to your door, and what is covered when it arrives.
Salon & Steel accepts mixed orders from 5 pieces in total. Orders ship by ocean freight as a full container (FCL) or a consolidated shipment (LCL) to a US port, clear customs through your broker, and are delivered by LTL freight truck to your salon or warehouse, with liftgate on request. Warranty terms are listed per model and component in each quotation.

Receiving your delivery
- Count pieces against the packing list before the driver leaves
- Inspect cartons and crates; note any damage on the delivery receipt
- Photograph damage and report it within 48 hours
- Keep packaging until claims are settled
Warranty basics
Coverage is set out per model and per component in your quotation, for example frame and welds, hydraulic pump or electric motors, and upholstery. Warranty on plumbed and electrical items requires installation by licensed trades. Wear from salon chemicals, bleach or dye staining, and misuse are typically excluded.

What is your minimum order quantity?
Mixed orders start from 5 pieces in total across any models. Single units are available on request. Larger quantities of the same model and full-container orders receive project pricing.
Do you deliver inside the salon?
Standard delivery is curbside by LTL freight truck, with liftgate on request. Inside delivery, unpacking and placement can be arranged in many areas for an added fee quoted in advance.
What does the warranty cover?
Each quotation lists the warranty for that model by component, such as frame, hydraulic pump or motors, and upholstery, together with what is excluded. Keep the delivery photos and the installation records for any claim.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. The United States is our main market, and we also ship to Canada and other countries on request with the appropriate freight terms.
