Product descriptions, dimensions and images on this website are for general information. Specifications, finishes and ratings for your order are those confirmed in your written quotation and proforma invoice. Images may show optional finishes or styling not included in a standard order.

Quotations and orders

Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. An order is confirmed when you accept the proforma invoice and the agreed deposit is received. Changes after production starts may affect price and lead time.

Payment

Payment terms, currency and bank details are set out in the proforma invoice. Always confirm bank details directly with our team before sending a payment.

Delivery and risk

Delivery terms (for example FOB, CIF or delivered) are stated in the quotation. Inspect goods on delivery, note any damage on the delivery receipt and report it within 48 hours.

Warranty

Warranty coverage is stated per model and component in your quotation. Plumbed and electrical products must be installed by licensed trades under local code for warranty to apply.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of the goods concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
