Choosing a shampoo bowl and chair setup
The wash area shapes how clients feel about the whole visit. You can choose a one-piece backwash unit, a bowl on a cabinet with a separate chair, a luxury unit with an electric leg rest, or a lay-flat head spa bed for scalp treatments. All are built in our Foshan factory and shipped factory-direct, with matched upholstery and faucet finishes across the set.
Buying criteria
Bowl material. Glazed ceramic or porcelain resists scratches and color stains and keeps its finish for years. Acrylic and fiberglass are lighter but scratch more easily.
Tilting bowl and neck rest. A tilting bowl adapts to different neck lengths, and a soft or shaped neck rest reduces pressure on the client.
Seat and rim height. A seat around 21 inches and a bowl rim around 34 to 40 inches suit most clients. Check these when pairing a separate chair with an existing bowl.
Leg support. For longer services such as scalp, bond and gloss treatments, an extending leg rest makes a noticeable difference to comfort.
Faucet and sprayer. A single-handle mixer with pull-out spray is standard. Finishes include chrome, matte black and brushed brass tone.

Plumbing, electrical and layout notes
Every bowl needs 1/2 inch hot and cold supply and a drain through a hair trap and P-trap. A licensed plumber should complete the connection and fit any vacuum breaker or backflow prevention device required by your local plumbing code. Units with an electric leg rest or circulation pump are built for 110–120V/60Hz; listing status (UL/ETL) is confirmed per model in the quotation, and outlets near water should be GFCI protected and installed by a licensed electrician. Allow about 30 inches of width per unit and about 3 feet behind the bowl for the stylist. Grouping units on one plumbing wall keeps pipe runs short and installation costs down.
How ordering works
Send us your product list, quantities, colors and delivery ZIP code by email or WhatsApp. We reply within one business day with a quotation that confirms specifications, warranty terms per component, production lead time and freight. Mixed-model orders start from 5 pieces, and single units can be arranged on request. Samples and upholstery swatches are available, with the cost and freight quoted. After you approve the specification and pay the deposit, we build the order in our Foshan factory, inspect and pack it, and ship it by full container or consolidated freight to a US port, with door delivery by LTL freight and liftgate on request.
