Salon layout and floor plan service
We place every chair, station, bowl and spa unit on your plan before anything is built.
Our layout service turns your floor plan into a furniture plan: where each chair, station, shampoo unit and pedicure spa sits, the walkway and working clearances around them, where plumbing and power must be roughed in, and a furniture schedule with model numbers and finishes that becomes your quotation.
What you receive
- 2D layout drawing with equipment positions and clearances
- Plumbing and power point locations for shampoo units, pedicure spas and electric beds
- Furniture schedule: models, quantities, colors and finishes
- Rendered views of key areas on larger projects

| Backwash unit footprint | About 27 in wide by 45 in deep per unit, plus working space |
| Pedicure spa footprint | About 32 in wide by 54 in deep per chair, plus technician space in front |
| Accessible work surfaces | At least 5 percent (and no fewer than one) accessible stations under the 2010 ADA Standards |
Layout questions
What do I need to send to start a layout?
A floor plan with dimensions (a PDF, a CAD file or even a measured sketch), the number of operators, the services you offer and the location of existing water, drain and power points. Photos of the space help.
Does the layout cost anything?
Layout planning is part of preparing your quotation. If a project needs extended design work, such as several revisions or full 3D walk-throughs, we confirm the scope and any fee with you before starting.
Will the layout meet code?
We plan to common clearance and accessibility guidance and mark plumbing and power points, but final approval belongs to your architect, contractor and local inspector. Always confirm with your city and state board.
How long does a layout take?
A first layout usually takes three to five business days after we receive a dimensioned plan. Revisions are typically returned within two business days.

Tell us what you are opening. We will build the quote around it.
Send a chair count, a floor plan or a list of models. You get a factory quotation with specifications, lead times and freight to your ZIP code within one business day.
